Balance Works

Group Exercise Class
This class has gentle and easy to follow strength and balance exercises from the Otago Exercise Program. We use ankle cuff weights to strengthen the leg muscles that are important for maintaining and improving balance. Each class focuses on balance and stability exercises such as standing with one foot in front of the other and walking on the toes. This class helps improve range of motion with the neck, hip, knee and ankle. To participate, the class member needs to be able to stand with support.
