Meet Our Leadership Team

With decades of experience in health care, therapy, and management, our leadership team fosters an environment of continuous learning and dependable patient care.

Kristy Wikum, MS CCC-SLP

President & CEO

As the President and CEO, Kristy has focused on enhancing the services provided by Centrex Rehab and expanding quality care to a variety of populations. Under her leadership, Centrex Rehab has grown to serve many diverse communities across the United States.

Kristy has a Master’s degree in the field of Communication Disorders. She is an active member of ASHA, MSHA, Leading Age, Care Providers and NASL. With a strong desire to educate and share ideas, Kristy regularly speaks at a variety of conventions in addition to writing blogs and articles for national and local publications.

    Carla Tocko, DPT

    Senior Operations Director

    Carla graduated from the College of St. Catherine with a Master’s and then a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Her clinical experience has included acute care, geriatrics, neuro rehab, and bariatric care. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and has served on the nominating committee.

    Carla brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and managerial skills to Centrex Rehab. As Senior Operations Director, she oversees the daily therapy operations for skilled nursing communities.

      Wanda Hodgin, OTR/L

      Regional Operations Director

      Wanda graduated from Texas Woman’s University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy. She began her career in skilled nursing and transitional care and has continued to grow her leadership skills by obtaining a Master of Arts Certificate in Organizational Leadership.

      When Centrex was formed, Wanda joined the company as a Rehab Director and then transitioned into the role of Regional Operations Director where she currently strives to help therapists and facilities serve the seniors in their communities.

        Matt Mesibov, PT, GCS

        Clinical Physical Therapy Specialist

        Matt graduated from Ithaca College in New York State with a degree in Physical Therapy in 1984 and received the American Board of Physical Therapy specialty certification in Geriatrics in 2008.

        Matt is responsible for providing clinical support to the physical therapists and physical therapy assistants at Centrex Rehab, including shadowing, education, and program development.

        Matt is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and several of its specialty sections and is an active volunteer leader.

          Michele Mazanec, MHRM, PHR, SHRM-CP

          Director of Human Resources

          As the Director of Human Resources, Michele Mazanec oversees the strategic and operational HR functions within Centrex Rehab. Michele is passionate about human resources and truly cares about the success of our employees.

          Michele holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the College of Saint Benedict and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Saint Mary’s University. Additionally, she is a certified HR professional with both HRCI and SHRM as well as an active member of SHRM and TCHRA.

            Leah Radman, OTR/L

            Clinical Occupational Support Specialist

            Leah graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor’s of Science in Occupational Therapy in 1997.  She is a member of AOTA and the special interest sections for productive aging, rehabilitation and disability and home and community health.

            As part of the Centrex clinical team, Leah is responsible for providing clinical support to the occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants at Centrex Rehab. This includes shadowing, education, support, and program development.

            Leah realizes how instrumental OT is in helping people get themselves back again. Over the past twenty years she has worked as a staff therapist, single site manager and multi-site manager in SNF, home health, and outpatient rehab on continuum of care campuses.
