Fall is just around the corner, but that doesn’t mean you have to hang up your swimsuits just yet. Augustana Therapy Services will be holding a six week session Aquatic Class starting September 17th. The class provides an aerobic workout for all ages and skill levels but is mainly designed for people with arthritic issues. Our Aquatics classes are supported by the Arthritis Foundation and all sessions are instructed by licensed therapists.
You can sign up for a Monday / Wednesday class from 12:30 pm – 1:15 pm;
or sign up for a Tuesday / Thursday class from 4:00 pm – 4:45 pm.
